About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Specialist to join our team at Kensington Mortgage Company. As a Litigation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers who are in arrears, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers who are in arrears through telephone and administrative tasks
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer disputes and issues
- Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding their mortgage accounts and any outstanding issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
