Job Description

Zenith International is seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Manager to join our team. As a Programmatic Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, media planning, and operations for our programmatic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute programmatic media plans, including media partner briefings and response to briefs.
  • Build and own programmatic strategy, including test and learn roadmaps for assigned brands.
  • Lead weekly internal and external programmatic/campaign status meetings.
  • Coordinate campaign requirements, including asset and tag setup.
  • Support the Director in maintaining key team resources and the Essity Programmatic Playbook.
  • Own and oversee the timely delivery of campaign reporting cycle.
  • Manage the offshore activation team, ensuring a strong one-team ethos and deep activation team understanding of account deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in programmatic media planning.
  • Extensive media planning and RTB preparation experience.
  • People management experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years.
  • Previous experience working directly with clients is preferred.
  • Proficient in major DSPs, including Google's DV360, Amazon AAP, and The Trade Desk.
  • Effective at people management, with good knowledge of recruitment, performance management, and issue resolution.
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
