Job Title: Production Quality Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Quality Data Specialist to join our team at BMW Plant Hams Hall. As a key member of our Quality Management System team, you will be responsible for extracting and visualizing large datasets to drive quality improvements and optimize production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract and visualize production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Support quality engineers in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with QMS teams to innovate and digitalize production processes
  • Provide consultancy services to the wider business on process improvement and digitalization
  • Develop and maintain detailed representations of large datasets to inform quality decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or integrated Master's degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Experience with Agile project management methodology and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
