About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain technical knowledge of building regulations and industry standards
  2. Produce accurate and detailed drawings and specifications for residential projects
  3. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  4. Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable design solutions
  5. Stay up-to-date with new software, designs, and environmental issues
  6. Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the growth and success of the company

Requirements:

  1. HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or related subject
  2. At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a UK-based Architectural Practice
  3. Experience working on residential projects of varying scales
  4. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and MicroStation
  5. Proven record across all RIBA stages
  6. Excellent technical detailing and drawing skills
  7. Confident communication and interpersonal skills
