Job Title: Theatre Production CoordinatorWe are seeking a part-time Theatre Production Coordinator to support our company administration, production, and communication activities. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who wants to grow professionally and take a first step in exploring a career in theatre, arts administration, touring, or producing.
Key Responsibilities- Company and Production Administration
- Support diary coordination and facilitate meetings, including minute-taking
- Handle correspondence and general enquiries
- Coordinate logistical and access arrangements for events, meetings, and productions
- Assist in creative planning and delivering the artistic programme
- Act as the point of contact for artists and collaborators
- Arrange logistics for staff, creatives, and artists on projects and tours
- Handle access riders and accommodations
- Coordinate documents and schedules using Microsoft Teams, One Drive, and SharePoint
- Data Management
- Assist with collection of data (qualitative and quantitative) for projects/productions
- Assist with and contribute to data monitoring for evaluation and reporting
- Maintain and update company database and contact lists
- Support research tasks and information collation
- Marketing / Social Media
- Support the digital promotion of the company's work
- Support creation, monitoring, and delivery of digital content
- Assist in updating the company's website
- Assist in setting up and scheduling newsletters

- Administrative skills with attention to detail and strong timekeeping
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Familiarity with social media and enthusiasm for enhancing our online presence

- Collaborative approach with an interest in engaging marginalised artists and audiences
- Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) or a willingness to learn
