Senior Finance Business Partner | Premium Beverage Company | Competitive Salary | Hybrid Working

We are collaborating with a prestigious, award-winning beverage organization seeking to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. This role is based in a hybrid working environment, allowing flexibility while contributing to a leading entity in the sector.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this pivotal position within the finance team will oversee the commercial finance operations across the organization. You will serve as the primary financial advisor to departmental leaders, delivering insightful financial reporting and analysis, while also managing a small team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Providing detailed commentary and analysis on financial performance for senior leadership
  • Managing and mentoring 1-2 finance team members
  • Overseeing the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle
  • Generating essential reports, including inventory and cost analysis, for key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with departmental heads to challenge assumptions and support strategic financial decisions
  • Leading initiatives for process enhancements, including exploring automation opportunities through analytical tools

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA) with a background in the consumer goods sector, particularly with experience in inventory management. You will possess a strong understanding of effective financial reporting and have a proven track record in a commercially driven role, acting as a key financial partner to various stakeholders while supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts. Familiarity with analytical tools is advantageous but not mandatory. A proactive mindset, ambition, and a commitment to driving change during a significant growth phase are essential.
