Care Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Home Instead. As an Evening Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients living in the local area with their end of day and bedtime routines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as conversation, reading, and light exercise.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.75 during the week and £13.75 on weekends.
- Regular clients with minimum 1 hour visits, allowing for meaningful relationships to develop.
- Full training and ongoing support to ensure you feel confident and competent in your role.
- A dedicated mentor to guide you in your first few weeks.

- Paid travel time and mileage between visits.

Requirements
- Aged 18 or over.
- A genuine desire to provide outstanding care and support to our clients.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable).
- Ability to work an alternate weekend.

This role is UK-based, and an offer of employment is contingent on candidates having the right to work in the UK.
