About the Role:
Home Instead Oxford is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Evening Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients living in the Witney area. As an Evening Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care and support in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to clients with end-of-day and bedtime routines
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.75 during the week and £13.75 on weekends
- Regular clients with minimum 1-hour visits, enabling you to build meaningful relationships
- Full training and ongoing support to ensure your success
- A dedicated mentor to guide you in your role
- Double pay on bank holidays
- Paid travel time and mileage between visits
- Early Pay access - withdraw your money ahead of payday
- A free Blue Light Card
- An open-door policy and regular team meetings to foster a sense of community
Requirements:
- Aged 18 or over
- A genuine desire to provide outstanding care and support to our clients
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle (desired)
- Ability to work an alternate weekend
