Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their charter requirements

  • Arrange and manage charters, ensuring timely and secure shipment of goods
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of charters
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluency in a second language is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Ability to travel frequently, with occasional overnight stays
