Drive Business Growth as an In-House Property Lawyer

We are working with an ambitious and customer-focused business as they expand their legal team due to significant growth. As the In-House Property Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in driving property transactions to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and interpret heads of terms for land purchases and bulk sales.
  • Collaborate with land acquisition teams, external legal counsel, lenders, planning, construction, and technical departments to negotiate and finalize transactions.
  • Structure, negotiate, and draft essential transaction documents.
  • Ensure timely and successful transaction completions by meeting conditions of funding agreements.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on transaction progress and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • UK Qualified Solicitor / CILEX with a focus on residential development.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with various departments, shareholders, and external stakeholders.
