About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Management Lawyer to join our team at Law Staff Limited. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of housing and leasehold management and property litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of housing and leasehold management and property litigation matters
  • Advise on and draft tenancy agreements
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance on housing and property litigation matters
  • Represent clients in court and at tribunals, including the First-tier Tribunal (FTT)
  • Provide policy advice on housing and property litigation matters
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with changes in housing and property litigation law

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years' post-qualification experience (PQE) as a solicitor
  • Experience in housing management and property litigation is essential
  • Strong academic background, attaining a 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results
