About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Management/Property Litigation Lawyer/Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented solicitor to work with a reputable law firm in London, managing a caseload of housing and leasehold management and property litigation matters.

Responsibilities
  • Handling injunctions and possession claims
  • Managing disrepair and service charge disputes
  • Representing clients in cases before the First-tier Tribunal (FTT)
  • Providing non-contentious advice on policy matters
  • Drafting tenancy agreements
  • Supervising staff and ensuring effective team management
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Proven experience in housing management and property litigation
  • Strong academic background, with a 2:1 degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the firm's growth plans
