We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lawyer to join our Governance Team, providing strategic governance and corporate structuring advice to our clients in the social housing sector.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients' Executive Officers and Leadership Teams, advising on governance arrangements, compliance with regulation, and corporate restructuring.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality legal and strategic advice to clients
  • Assisting the Partner Team in department management and development

  • Actively achieving targets for time recording, billing, and WIP
