About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our cleaning team at the Mander Centre. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with ABM and Mander Centre health and safety guidelines.
  • Complete cleaning duties to a quality that meets the expectation of ABM and Mander Centre.
  • Represent ABM and the Mander Centre in a professional manner at all times.
  • Provide great customer service and support colleagues where opportunity arises.
  • Work alongside the Cleaning Co-ordinator and complete tasks as instructed.
  • Complete ad-hoc duties as directed and when required.
Person Specification

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a flexible approach to working hours. Experience of working within the cleaning industry would be advantageous.
