Job Title: Cleaning Operative

Location: The Mander Centre

Shift Pattern: Monday 8 hours, Sunday 6 hours

Pay Rate: £11.66 per hour

About the Role

ABM UK is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our cleaning team at The Mander Centre. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  1. To ensure all cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with ABM UK and The Mander Centre health and safety guidelines.
  2. To complete cleaning duties to a high standard, meeting the expectations of ABM UK and The Mander Centre.
  3. To maintain a clean and smart appearance while wearing the provided uniform, representing ABM UK and The Mander Centre.
  4. To provide excellent customer service and support colleagues as needed.
  5. To work closely with the Cleaning Co-ordinator and complete tasks as instructed.
  6. To complete ad-hoc duties as directed and when required.
  7. To represent The Mander Centre and ABM UK to the highest standards.
  8. To provide cover for staff holidays, training, and sickness.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Flexibility towards working hours.
  • Smart and clean appearance.

Desirable

  • Experience working in the cleaning industry.
  • Clean driving license.
