About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our cleaning team at The Mander Centre. As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with ABM and Mander Centre health and safety guidelines.
  • Complete cleaning duties to a high standard, meeting the expectations of ABM and Mander Centre.
  • Represent ABM and the Mander Centre in a professional manner, wearing provided uniform and maintaining a clean and smart appearance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support colleagues as needed.
  • Work alongside the Cleaning Co-ordinator and complete tasks as instructed.
  • Complete ad-hoc duties as directed and when required.
  • Represent the Mander Centre and ABM to the required high standards.
  • Provide cover for staff holidays, training, and sickness.
Person Specification
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Flexibility towards working hours.
  • Smart and clean appearance.
