About the Role

Pertemps Bristol Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the management of a large portfolio of properties across multiple branches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and effective communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Property Inspections: Arrange regular property inspections and provide detailed feedback to landlords, highlighting any necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Compliance and Administration: Ensure all legal compliances are up to date, handle renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies, and maintain accurate records of tenancy agreements.
  • Tenant and Landlord Liaison: Resolve landlord and tenant enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Right to Rent Checks: Conduct thorough Right to Rent checks for each tenant and review in line with guidance to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Articulate and effective communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in using IT systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience: Preferably, experience in lettings or property management, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
Training and Development

Pertemps Bristol Commercial offers regular in-house and online training, as well as the opportunity to achieve a Property Qualification equivalent to a Level 3 NVQ.
