About the Role

Pertemps Bristol Commercial is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the management of our extensive portfolio of properties across multiple locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding property maintenance, actions required, and resolve issues accordingly.
  • Property Inspections: Arrange property inspections and report feedback to landlords, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Compliance and Administration: Ensure all legal compliances are up to date, handle renewal arrangements for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements, and liaise with tenants and landlords at the end of tenancies.
  • Problem-Solving and Resolution: Resolve landlord and tenant enquiries, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Right to Rent Checks: Ensure Right to Rent checks are carried out for each tenant and reviewed in line with guidance.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently, prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective Problem-Solving Abilities: Resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved.
  • Articulate Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in using IT systems and software to manage properties and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in Lettings: Preferably, experience in lettings and property management, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations.
Training and Development

Pertemps Bristol Commercial provides regular in-house and online training to support the development of our team members. As a Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to achieve a Property Qualification equivalent to a Level 3 NVQ, enhancing your skills and knowledge in the field.
