As a Trainee IT Support Assistant, you will provide technical support and guidance to our staff, monitor and maintain all company PCs, and assist with repairs and breakdowns as necessary. You will also be responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software updates, auditing and logging all company PCs and software licenses, and updating the company website to improve SEO.

In addition, you will assist with providing support for our company IT system/servers, keep the IT area tidy, and observe our 5S policy. You will also learn to work to ISO9001 quality standards.

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,308 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a Nest Pension Scheme, Reward Gateway Discount Scheme, and free Specsavers Eye Test Vouchers.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* GCSE Grade 4-9 in English & Maths
* Level 3 IT Qualification is desirable
* Passionate about IT & technology
* Communication, problem solving, attention to detail
* Good time management
