Store Manager at Specsavers

As a Store Manager at Specsavers, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary goal will be to maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance while ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants and support staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and staff productivity to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the regional team to implement company-wide initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the optical industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience for customers.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
