About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Tesco. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective store layouts and visual merchandising to drive sales and improve customer experience
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling
  • Recruit, train, and develop colleagues to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor and control store expenses to achieve budget targets
