As a Supervisor, you will oversee and inspire a group of support staff to guarantee that the utmost quality of care and assistance is delivered to our clients.
Your role will involve advocating for independence, choice, and inclusion at all times. You will be responsible for managing your assigned service shifts effectively, ensuring that activities, medication management, and other daily responsibilities, including community engagement, are organized and executed.
While this position is primarily field-based across various services, flexibility in your working hours is essential, encompassing days, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff schedules
- Conduct formal performance reviews and supervisions
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
Applicants should possess a Level 3 Diploma in Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
