Rishabh RPO is seeking a proactive and professional Receptionist/Office Services Floater to enhance our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and maintain a polished demeanor while interacting with clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide clients and visitors.
- Handle incoming calls and manage call routing.
- Oversee the scheduling of conference rooms.
- Register visitors with security personnel.
- Procure office supplies and monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate catering services for meetings and events.
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and organized.
- Assist with various projects as required.
- Organize storage areas and pantry supplies.
- Manage restroom and toner supply levels.
- Provide additional phone support as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant experience complemented by a Bachelor's degree.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 25lbs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
