Rishabh RPO is seeking a proactive and professional Receptionist/Office Services Floater to enhance our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and maintain a polished demeanor while interacting with clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide clients and visitors.
  • Handle incoming calls and manage call routing.
  • Oversee the scheduling of conference rooms.
  • Register visitors with security personnel.
  • Procure office supplies and monitor stock levels.
  • Coordinate catering services for meetings and events.
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and organized.
  • Assist with various projects as required.
  • Organize storage areas and pantry supplies.
  • Manage restroom and toner supply levels.
  • Provide additional phone support as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant experience complemented by a Bachelor's degree.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 25lbs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
