About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Randstad Enterprise. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing a work-queue and ensuring that Purchase Orders are issued in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers, negotiate price increase requests, and conduct negotiations for medium Purchasing Volumes
  • Contribute to the implementation and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes, and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance
  • Support Supplier Management processes, including qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification
  • Update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop the best suppliers and ensure transparency and high procurement quality
  • Maintain records of all documentation, adherence to online purchasing and contract management systems
  • Perform special projects as needed in addition to assigned purchasing responsibilities
Requirements
  • Strong SAP experience
  • Outstanding Excel skills
  • 2+ years of experience in Direct Procurement
  • Team player with the ability to work independently to meet fixed deadlines, goals, and objectives
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-changing global organizational environment
  • Bachelor's degree
