Requirements
  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the hospitality or events industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and revenue management, and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinker: A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
