About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Advisory Expert to join our Corporate Finance team. In this role, you will provide strategic advice to clients on a wide range of debt-related matters, including ratings, capital structure optimization, and financing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, providing expert guidance on all aspects of debt advisory services.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support client decision-making.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and recommendations to clients, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Corporate Lending, Project Finance, M&A, and ECM, to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in debt advisory.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in debt advisory within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
