We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our expanding European Debt Advisory team in London at the Associate Director level. As part of our team, you will have the chance to work with experienced professionals in the field, providing valuable advice to companies looking to optimize their capital structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing workstreams on debt advisory engagements
  • Project managing engagement parts and liaising with external stakeholders
  • Supporting management teams in business planning and financing options
  • Developing and analyzing financing options and legal documentation
  • Leading teams, providing advice to clients, and managing risks
  • Supporting business development initiatives and expanding client opportunities
  • Providing on-job coaching and talent development

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in financial structuring within professional services or investment banking
  • Strong understanding of debt markets and financial documentation
  • Analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and project management abilities
  • Ability to lead teams, work under pressure, and adapt to changing market conditions
