About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents.
  • Work closely with our community engagement team to establish and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations.
  • Update our social media platforms to showcase the activities and events taking place in our care home.
  • Collaborate with our care team to ensure that our residents' needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.
  • Contribute to the development of our care home's activities and events calendar.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is warm, empathetic, and personable, with excellent organizational skills and a driven mindset. You will be responsible for getting to know our residents and their families, and creating tailored activities programs that maximize their lifestyle, wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
