Multi Trade Operative

Liberty is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Trade Operative to join our team in Ellesmere Port. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks across various trades, including joinery, plumbing, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Repair and replace roofing trusses, soffit, fascia, and barge boards
- Carry out repairs and replacements to ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, and flooring
- Repair and replace doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling
- Repair and replace kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes
- Repair and replace ironmongery to doors and windows
- Repair and replace timber and UPVC window frames
- Reglaze timber fencing and gates
- Carry out minor plumbing activities and patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling
- NVQ L2/L3 qualification in a relevant trade
- Experience working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and installation of wet rooms and disabled adaptations
- Ability to carry out multi-skill trades and core joinery or plumbing
- Experience working in a social housing environment (desirable)
- Driving licence and CSCS card (essential)
