Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for extension. This role would suit an HR Manager who has a broad range of HR skills and experience, including international exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the HR Director, supporting across the full HR spectrum.
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations cases efficiently.
  • Support the onboarding process by creating and signing off on contract templates.
  • Provide HR support covering the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.
  • Assist with restructuring process involving personnel adjustments, repurposing and redundancies.
  • Supporting on various HR related projects, providing essential research to be presented to the board.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably with international exposure.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on HR related projects as directed.
