Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team and support our Client Partners in providing financial support for forecasting, monthly reporting, and annual budgeting activities.

The successful candidate will be a key member of our Finance Team, working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve their targets and providing commercial analysis for the Client Partner Teams and their respective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Client Partners and their specific clients to provide financial support and commercial analysis
  • Manage forecasting and budgeting for a number of specific clients to enable EMEA consolidation
  • Utilize live data tracking to highlight any risks to forecast/budget submissions and provide informed decisions on costs
  • Intermediary between group finance and front office, challenging stakeholders on their costs and advising strategic options to reduce costs
  • Maintain accruals and prepayment schedules for monthly reporting and year-end audit
  • Business partner to drive performance in order to deliver on budgets
  • Provide clear commentary each month for variance to budget and/or forecast
  • Support Audit team with requests annually and interim
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or management accounting
  • High performer & self-starter
  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience an advantage
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Great communicator with finance as well as non-finance
  • Pro-active & Supportive approach
  • Knowledge of marketing industry would be beneficial, but not essential
