Job Title - Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Bristol, UK. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial guidance and support to programme managers, ensuring the successful delivery of our programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate financial reporting packages and provide counsel to programme managers on variances
  • Develop and maintain baseline budgets, perform performance management, and estimate at complete development and analysis
  • Implement, monitor, report, and analyse programme budget and/or schedule
  • Perform earned value management, including implementation, maintenance, reporting, and analysis
  • Organise cost and/or schedule data for monthly programme reviews
  • Prepare and monitor funding plans, labour, and subcontract/material/ODC forecast plans
  • Complete analysis data for monthly forecast review, including orders, sales, operating income, and cash
  • Prepare ETC/EAC estimates from programme staff input
  • Participate in presentations and group discussions at internal and external financial/schedule meetings
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the organisation to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • Minimum part-qualified
  • Previous experience in programme finance
  • Previous Finance Business Partnering experience
  • Comfortable presenting to all levels within the business
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills, including Excel Modelling
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
