We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dermatology Nurse Specialist to join our Community Dermatology Team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to patients with skin conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Work Independently and Collaborate with the Team: You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, including GPs with extended roles and other nurse specialists, to provide holistic care and support to patients.
- Provide Specialist Dermatology Nursing Care: You will undertake comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the individual needs of patients, working in partnership with secondary care services.
- Deliver Nursing Management of Dermatological Conditions: You will work in a variety of settings, including clinics and community-based services, to provide expert care and support to patients with dermatological conditions.
- Contribute to Service Development and Quality Improvement: You will contribute to the development of standards of care and auditing clinical outcomes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Make Referrals and Communicate Effectively: You will make referrals to other healthcare professionals or agencies as needed, maintaining effective communication and feedback to ensure seamless care.
- Ensure Effective Service Delivery and Adhere to Policies: You will prioritize, organize, and delegate responsibilities and workloads to ensure the effective delivery of our services, adhering to all policies and procedures.
- Comply with Policies and Guidelines: You will comply with all policies and guidelines, including those related to medication management and patient confidentiality.
