- Proven experience and knowledge of the affordable housing sector.
- Strong Supplier Relationship Management skills, with a focus on housing services.
- Experience of developing systems and procedures to monitor and manage third-party providers would be advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and lead by example.
- Good negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
