Job Title: Community Content Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Content Executive to join our team. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for sourcing, entering, and maintaining editorial information for programmes acquired and commissioned by ITV in our content systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Sourcing and Management: Accurately set up and curate new commissions, developments, and acquisitions in our digital system to ensure a smooth sign-off process and maintain core programme information through to delivery.
  2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support in the smooth running of the commissioning process by liaising closely with key teams in the Content division.
  3. Editorial Guidance: Advise and guide producers and suppliers on their delivery requirements, editorial, technical, and paper, during varying stages of production.
  4. Quality Assurance: Chase and quality assure billings and synopses before passing on down the supply chain.
  5. Relationship Building: Build relationships with in-house and Independent suppliers and proactively chase missing information if requested by other departments.
  6. Content Familiarization: Embedded with the genre team and familiarise with the content slate, ensuring any key updates are captured in relevant systems.
  7. Digital Tool Development: Be active in the shaping and development of the digital tools used in the department.
  8. Interdepartmental Liaison: Liaise with colleagues right across ITV such as ITVX Editorial team, Legal and Business Affairs, Content Supply and Distribution teams and help with queries.
  9. Reporting and Tracking: Support tracking and reporting requirements in Commissioning and Acquisitions team, such as Albert.
  10. Data Protection: Protect the integrity and sensitivity of the data.
  11. Contractual Deliverables: Help inform and maintain ITV Contractual Deliverables documents.
  12. Commissioning Site Maintenance: Assist in maintenance of itv.com Commissioning pages and internal Commissioning site.
  13. Coverage: Cover for rest of team as required.
  14. Ad Hoc Projects: Ad hoc administrative projects as required that support ITV's Content team.
Requirements:
  1. TV Production Experience: Previous experience in a TV production environment with a good understanding of the production process.
  2. Attention to Detail: Able to demonstrate forensic attention to detail e.g., proofreading and written skills.
