About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Content Writer to join our team at Green Park Content. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content for our clients in the finance and lifestyle sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and edit 2-4 articles daily, based on performance reporting and market needs.
  • Attend immersion/briefing meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Help define the content calendar for upcoming projects.
  • Maintain a CMS platform as an asset bank and newsroom, writing, leading, and overseeing the publication of high-volume content, videos, and photos.
  • Review recently published content to ensure editorial and SEO standards are met.
  • Update the homepage weekly and main category pages monthly for seasonal freshness.
  • Plan and maintain article production, coordinating with the studio to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Guarantee production deadlines and targets for GPC projects.
  • Assist with transcreation of content as needed.
  • Liaise with specialists to gather information and opinion.
  • Research topics and source credible references.
  • Write SEO-optimised articles and engaging videos based on the content plan.
  • Optimise and create articles using SEO best practice.
  • Create newsletters aligning with key editorial narrative and audience needs.
  • Organise and manage internal processes between teams and freelancers.
  • Collaborate with the GPC team on project design, calendar planning, SEO, and technical guidelines.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring high-quality content at all times.
Requirements
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Journalism/ Media/ Communications degree.
  • 3-6 years of writing and editing experience, preferably in English.
  • Background in digital media and finance/lifestyle knowledge.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, leading a team of content editors/producers.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics/ Adwords tools is an advantage.
  • Inbound marketing expertise (content marketing and SEO).
  • SEO knowledge is essential.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
