Main Responsibilities- Coordinate the Bereavement Services Team to deliver a high-quality customer service
- Ensure the offices are covered and arrange adult and baby contract funerals
- Update and maintain our PTL database
- Line manage and develop staff
- Work operationally across three sites to cover staff leave
