POSITION SUMMARY

Senior Compliance Monitoring Executive

An exciting opportunity exists within Admiral Compliance for a professional to take on a pivotal role in executing the Compliance Monitoring Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of regulatory matters, internal departments, and operational processes to ensure adherence to regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform additional reviews as directed by the Monitoring Manager and Head of Compliance.
  • Generate comprehensive and professional reports detailing identified issues and secure consensus from relevant stakeholders on corrective actions and timelines.
  • Enhance understanding of Admiral Group to effectively contribute to ongoing evaluations and the annual Compliance Monitoring Strategy.
  • Assist the Monitoring team and Monitoring Manager as necessary.
  • Support reporting obligations as required.

Core Duties:

  • Lead and execute monitoring assessments of regulatory matters, internal departments, and processes, engaging with staff at all levels within Admiral and the broader Group.
  • Promptly communicate significant findings.
  • Ensure timely closure of actions with appropriate evidence, minimizing delays and highlighting any issues at the earliest opportunity.
  • Represent Admiral Compliance in pertinent meetings.
  • Foster and maintain essential relationships with stakeholders across Admiral and the wider Group.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Proficient in building open relationships and achieving consensus with all internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, capable of working independently and proactively.
  • Adept at analyzing and interpreting complex information clearly and logically.
  • Skilled in conducting interviews to assess the risk landscape and controls.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and routine tasks under pressure.
  • Objective with timely and confident decision-making abilities.
  • Commercially aware, proactive, inquisitive, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain relevant qualifications.
  • Collaborative, effectively working with teams and key partners.

Compensation, Benefits, and Work-Life Balance:
