Your Role

As the Procurement Specialist, you will step into a crucial phase as the organization transforms its technological framework and embarks on an AI-driven journey that will enhance its service offerings. This newly created role is part of an expanding team, where you will lead the technology procurement category on a global scale.

Joining the central procurement unit, you will work closely with the procurement manager and IT departments to support RFP assessments, contract negotiations, supplier onboarding, and tender processes. Your focus will encompass all aspects of SaaS/Software platforms, Cloud solutions, Licensing, and various IT services.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in RFP tendering processes.
  • Proficient in managing intricate contract negotiations.
  • Solid understanding of software licensing frameworks (COTS and SaaS), public cloud services, and diverse IT offerings.
  • Capability to evaluate and analyze supplier contracts and pricing models, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement abilities, with a talent for collaborating across all organizational levels.
