Your Role

As the Procurement Expert, you will join the team during a transformative phase as the organization enhances its technology framework and embarks on an AI-driven evolution that promises to redefine its service offerings. This newly created role is essential to the expanding team, where you will take the lead in managing the technology procurement category on a global scale.

Working within the central procurement division, you will closely collaborate with the procurement manager and IT departments to support RFP assessments, contract negotiations, supplier onboarding, and tender processes. Your focus will encompass all aspects of SaaS/Software platforms, Cloud solutions, Licensing, and other IT services.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in RFP tendering processes.
  • Proficient in navigating complex contract negotiations.
  • In-depth knowledge of software licensing frameworks (COTS and SaaS), public cloud services, and various IT offerings.
  • Skilled in evaluating supplier contracts and pricing models, with a focus on cost optimization.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, with the aptitude to collaborate across all organizational levels.
