ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Service Delivery Analyst to join our Workforce Planning & Optimisation team.
In this position, you will be responsible for the daily execution of Strategic and Tactical Plans, serving as a key representative for Planning within our customer service environments.
Your responsibilities will include managing daily performance metrics and resource allocation, participating in performance review meetings, and generating insightful reports.
This role is crucial in the final stages of the resource management lifecycle, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site a few days a week.
WORKING HOURS
Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with early and late shifts available.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to identify performance trends.
You should be adept at interpreting complex data to uncover insights and recommend improvements.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to build relationships and influence decision-making among stakeholders.
If you have experience in a contact center or a background in planning, this role could be an excellent opportunity for your career progression.
