About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Administrator to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our Integrated Training Design Service, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality learning experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the production of interactive, innovative, and engaging media content, adhering to our Courseware and Media production process.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers with regards to the 'direct customer request service' for training design media support within your location.
  • Provide administrative support for the Quality Management System, and ensure that all media-related items, including 1st and 2nd Party Audits, are properly identified and actioned.
  • Support the media developers in the output of media content and large format graphics.
  • Adhere to the Quality Assurance procedures and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with MoD & Raytheon (Team Fisher) policies, regulations, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate experience from a previous administrative customer service role.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, a passion for quality, be able to plan, multitask, deliver on time and work independently.
  • Work well in a team and on own initiative.
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office and taking effective meeting minutes.
  • Demonstrate a passion to learn, collaborate, and demonstrate best practices within the business and customers.
