About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our senior leadership team as Assistant Chief Executive. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious transformation agenda and delivering on our strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transformation Leadership: Lead the Corporate Programme Management function, ensuring effective support, oversight, and delivery of our transformation agenda.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement evidence-based strategies that align with best practices and our Strategic Council Plan.
  • Performance Improvement: Oversee the Performance Management Framework and drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring better outcomes for our citizens.
  • Communication and Engagement: Engage effectively with our citizens, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring their voices shape our decisions and we communicate our actions transparently.
