IDEX Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Acquisitions and Growth Specialist to join our M&A and Business Growth Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships with new sellers to drive business growth and ensure personal revenue targets are met.
  • Develop and execute strategic account management plans to drive mergers and acquisitions revenue.
  • Work closely with regional managers to identify prospects for advising on M&A and create target lists for nurturing and developing relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Client Solutions Director to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive new business growth.
  • Support the wider teams through coaching and training to develop new relationships and drive business success.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the organization and maintain gravitas in the UK GI market.
Requirements:
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with new sellers and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
