Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Offer counsel and support to management on matters related to employee relations
  • Evaluate and enhance HR workflows and protocols to boost efficiency while ensuring adherence to regulations
  • Proactively track and report HR metrics such as workforce numbers, turnover rates, and absenteeism to the HR Manager
  • Mentor and support your HR Administrator and the broader team
  • Address both immediate and strategic needs of the organization while implementing the HR Strategy and the site’s personnel plan

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

  • Experience managing trade unions and associated collective agreements
  • Understanding of HR policies, practices, employee relations, and change management techniques (evidenced by handling Occupational Health Referrals, long-term illness, and absence case management)
  • Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Background in the FMCG/Logistics/Operations sector
  • Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels
