Job Title: Lead Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Operative to join our team at Rydon. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, efficient, and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance works
  • Supervise and manage contractors
  • Document management and site inductions
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities

Our team delivers a first-class repairs service in partnership with NHS Trusts, providing reactive and planned maintenance to a number of NHS buildings. We work to strict timescales and safety requirements to ensure the comfort and safety of service users.
