Senior Crisis Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Crisis Nurse to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Crisis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health crises.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage mental health crises in individuals referred to the service, providing safe and effective home treatment.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a high standard of nursing care and support.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote recovery and well-being.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse with:
- Extensive post-registration experience in mental health nursing.
- Previous experience of working in the community.
- Knowledge of current initiatives impacting on mental health services.
- Ability to use computers and other information technology as required.
