Accounts Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team at Adecco UK Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices, manage data entry, and perform reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform general accounting and administrative duties to support the finance team.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations and high-quality reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in finance or accounting, with a solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify solutions.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Great communication skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and meeting expectations.
