About the Role
As a Showroom Leader at BHID Group, you will be instrumental in creating an inviting atmosphere for our esteemed clientele. Your role will involve guiding potential customers through the entire process, from their initial inquiry to selecting their ideal kitchen solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Showcase our exquisite kitchen products and address inquiries from prospective clients.
- Assist clients in articulating their needs by asking insightful questions.
- Support designers with client presentations and necessary documentation.
- Provide weekly reports to the Sales Manager regarding showroom order activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize local events and track showroom metrics, including foot traffic.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be well-organized, and maintain a polished appearance. Experience in a client-facing role is essential, with a preference for backgrounds in showroom management or luxury goods. A positive attitude and meticulous attention to detail are crucial, as we strive to maintain immaculate showrooms and provide exceptional service to our clients.
