About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our Facilities Services function, you will play a vital role in maintaining our residential properties to the highest standards.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work closely with our Facilities Services Manager to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This will involve carrying out a wide range of general maintenance tasks, including joinery, painting, decorating, basic plumbing and electrical works.

You will also be responsible for completing reactive and pre-planned maintenance, following HSE building compliance legislation, and working as part of a small team to maintain our buildings to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out general maintenance tasks, including joinery, painting, decorating, basic plumbing and electrical works.
  • Completing reactive and pre-planned maintenance.
  • Following HSE building compliance legislation.
Requirements
  • Health and Safety experience, including COSHH, Risk Assessment and Permits to Work.
  • Strong IT skills and experience of working with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possession of a current valid driving licence is essential.
